Service is exceptional, I live 60 miles away, I work nearby. I work for a large company nearby and always recommend you. "I was glad to see Flo again. Her knowledge and consumer satisfaction are terrific. She'd asked me to accompany her when she checked the mileage. I'd asked her about a new headlight package and she felt the lens only needed to be 'resurfaced', not replaced. I had called to request a new battery 3-16-12 @ 10:30A (when we were on vaca for 3 weeks in Taiwan, Bessie's battery died so Hubby charged it up... then when we woke up on Friday, the battery was dead again... ) and Kate said when we get it charged up, bring the car right in. The dead battery was the ONLY battery in my Beetle since purchase 10-01-00. We arrived about 1PM and the service tech started working on my Beetle right away. Ken (lic #21) was exceptionally great. He was thorough and systematic. Bessie was top-notch once again. All the work was completed by 5:30PM but we couldn't pick up my car due to a conflict. Saturday AM, nice and early, we arrived to take Bessie home again. As I've stated numerous times previously, NO ONE other than Burlington V W will EVER touch my Bessie Bettle. The care given to her, helps her run perfectly and she looks great! All that appearance and smooth 'purring' happens because of the totally expert care she gets at Burlington V W !
