Volkswagen Summer Service Checklist

When you come to see us for your summer service, we will cover the following bases:

• A/C System Inspection – The hot weather of summer may make for a great time outdoors, but it can also make the interior of your vehicle incredibly uncomfortable. This is why the air conditioning system can feel like a lifesaver! If your A/C system isn’t blasting cold air like it should be, head to Burlington Volkswagen right away. We’ll check the refrigerant level to make sure that your Volkswagen has enough, and we can also check the condition of your condenser and compressor. We will also replace your cabin air filter if needed.
• Cooling System Inspection – The cooling system keeps your engine from overheating, and the hot summer weather doesn’t do it any favors! We can check your cooling system at Burlington Volkswagen to make sure it’s in good condition.
• Tire Inspection – Did you know that your tires have to have at least 2/32″ of tread depth in order to legally drive on the roads? It’s a good idea to have the tire tread depth checked regularly. We can also inspect the tire pressure to make sure your tires provide maximum performance for minimum risk.
• Battery Inspection and Testing – Being stranded in hot weather isn’t much fun, so have your battery inspected at Burlington Volkswagen.
• Exterior Lights Inspection – Whether you’re cruising the roads at night or not, you should be sure that your headlights, tail lights, brake lights, and all other exterior lights are in good condition.
• Engine Performance Services – At Burlington Volkswagen, we can replace the PCV valve and the engine air filter to fine-tune performance.
