From the moment my wife and I walked into Burlington VW, Dave Pittman recognized us as returning customers and treated us with the utmost of respect, especially for our time. We were returning a lease and starting a new one. Dave listened to our needs and responded to creat an effortless transition. I believe we were in and out in less than two hours and drove off with the car we wanted!

I made a joke with them that I’d make 1K burner accounts to leave 5 star reviews. First and foremost, my wife and I were shopping around for deals. Our salesman AJ, was down to earth, found us the best deal he could, and did not pressure us to make a decision. We came in with a very sticky situation. We traded a vehicle that was rather upside down with negative equity. He immediately compared the two Tiguan’s we were interested in and informed us that they both had the same features, but one was significantly reduced in price. Moving forward, we checked out the vehicle, and decided to move forward. We were told by other dealers we wouldn’t be able to buyout our negative equity with a lease, regardless of the rebates. We were constantly told no, no, no. He got with his sales manager, Meredith who worked her butt off to get us a deal within our desired budget, and to get us out of our upside down situation. Finally AJ, got us in and out with the finance manager, Syed, after running all over the dealership helping with our two kids, screaming and crying. We are blessed and grateful to have been able to work with arguably the best salesman, and sales team we have ever worked with. If you need a sign to go and shop with them, here it is. -Nick & Daisy
